How it Works,
Its very simple. You pick a product, choose how often you would like to receive it. Set up a payment. And never think about it again. We will make sure your coffee will arrive on schedule. And if you would like to change or cancel, you can do it from your dashboard.
How do I sign up?
Go to the store page and select a product you wish to subscribe to. Choose the size and grinds you want to, and you’ll see new options that will be available. In ” Choose a subscription plan” section pick option you like and select quantity (by default it is 1), click add to cart. Fill out the information, and it’s done. No stresses that you forgot to pick up coffee!
How do I manage my coffee subscription?
Go to my account. On the left in a dashboard menu, select “My Subscription” on this page; you can change the address, change payment, or cancel the subscription. To replace the product you subscribed to, you would have to cancel the current plan and set up a new one, or you can contact customer service.
How do I cancel my plan?
Go to my account. On the left in a dashboard menu, select “My Subscription” and select cancel. And if you changed your mind, you can always reactivate.
